Experience:

The history of the Firm has begun since 1996, but our experience has considerably larger history. The experience of the Firm is in the experience of its employees, many of whom started rendering a legal support of business in the late eighties of XX century.

The firm has a wide work experience in such areas as support of investment projects, including those ones with participation of the foreign companies.

Among known projects which were accompanied by the Firm it is possible to mention:

• The process of construction of the first 5-stars hotel in Odessa "Îdessa-Kempinski". One of the basic components of this process was a legal support of some contracts of the Ukrainian proprietors of the hotel with the world famous operator of the largest hotels - the Swiss company "Kempinski";
• The legal assistance of creation and development at all stages of the largest export grain handling elevator complex of the company "TransBulkTerminal" nowadays successfully working in Ilyichevsk;
• The project of handling of the chemical products - the first project of a Free Economic Zone "Porto-Franco" in the Odessa port;
• Regulating of the bill relations and of the legal conflicts between the State Shipping Company "Black Sea Shipping Company" and its largest creditor - the Swiss company "Planmarine" in April, 2001;
• The project of training of the cadets of the Odessa State Maritime Academy in cooperation with the large Dutch Shipping Group “Wagenborg”;
• The project of transshipment of the Russian nuclear fuel for the Bulgarian atomic power stations in the port of Izmail.
• The project of development of the Ukrainian part of a mouth of the Danube for an outlet to the Black Sea on the territory of Ukraine and development of the navigation canal "PRORVA";
• The juridical analysis of the project of construction of the grain handling terminals in the port of Yuzhny and in Odessa port.

However, our experience does not limit by the marine and transport spheres. Among many other directions of our activity we may mention the project of the First Ukrainian International Bank on payment of the salaries and grants in the Odessa National Juridical Academy with usage of the bank payment cards.

   The personnel of the Law Firm "ANK" numbers 22 employees. The staff of our law firm consists of the lawyers, tax advisers, experts in the international and national standards of bookkeeping, interpreters, attorneys. Three of our employees combine the professional activity with the scientific one, being the post-graduate students of Odessa National University and Odessa National Juridical Academy.
