A round-table discussion on the issues of  corporate and transport law  took place in the ”Golden” hall of the Museum of Literature on July 7, 2006. This event was organized by the Odessa Department of  Ukrainian Bar Associaton .

More than 60 people took part in the work of  a round-table discussion. There were top lawyers, attorneys at law, scientists, lecturers of  Higher Educational Establishments, students of Odessa.

Following issues were discussed at a round-table discussion:

1. Kibenko Yelena Ruvimovna, candidate of  law science,  lecturer at the chair of Economical law of  National  Yaroslav Mudryi Law  Academy  of Ukraine, top legal adviser at the Investment Consulting Department  of the Law firm “Inyurpolis” ( Kharkov city).

§         Undesirable director: legal ways of LLC stockholders concern protecting in case of a conflict with director.

2. Suleymanova Aminat Magomedovna, manager and partner in the Law firm ”AGA Partners”,the head of the  International  Law Committee at the Ukrainian Bar Association (Kiyev city)

§         European Court on human rights, as effective instrument for protecting of  legal  rights of legal and physical entities.

3. Zubar Vladimir Mikhaylovich, candidate of law science, lecturer at the chair of Civil Law of the Odessa National Law Academy, a member of the Council of the Odessa Department of Ukrainian Bar Associaton, director of the law firm “Yurline” (Odessa city)

         Legal safeguard of  brand in Ukraine.

4. Melnikov Nikolai Vladimirovich, partner at LLC ”International Legal Service”

§         Yachts: purchasing, registration and exploiting – organizational and legal aspects.

5. Selyutin Andrey Vladimirovich, attorney at law, the Law firm” ANK” (Odessa city)

§         Legal and tax aspects of international container transportation in Ukraine.

Winners of the Third Grant Competition are:

1. First place - Jakovlev Alexander Alekseevich (3 year of the Court – Public Prosecutor Faculty of the Odessa National  Law Academy).

2. Second place - Laman Alla Igorevna (3 year of the Faculty of Civil Law and Entrepreneurship of the Odessa National Law Academy).

3. Third place - Pavlichenko Eugeny Valerievich (5 year of the Faculty of Public Administration and International Legal Relations of  the Odessa National Law Academy).

In 2002 and 2003  were carried out the First and the Second Grant Competitions of the Legal Firm "ANK" with the purpose of maintenance of aspiration of the students of juridical specialities of the Odessa Higher Education Institutions to acquire knowledge which will be useful in their further work and also to estimate the skill of the future lawyers to use in practice the knowledge already acquired by them  were carried out.

Winners of the First Grant Competition were:

1. First place - Seljutin Andrey Vladimirovich (Faculty of Economics and Law of the Odessa National I.I.Mechnikov University).

2. Second place - Gurtovenko Oleg Leontievich (the Odessa National Law Academy)

3. Third place - Markov Eduard Valentinovich (Faculty of Economics and Law of the Odessa National I.I.Mechnikov University).

The incentive grant - Ananieva Alla Aleksandrovna (Faculty of Economics and Law of the Odessa National I.I.Mechnikov University).

Winners of the Second Grant Competition were:

1. First place - Volkov Artem Sergeevich (3 year of the Faculty of Civil Law and Business of the Odessa National  law Academy).

2. Second place - Romanenko Julia Vladimirovna (5 year of the Faculty of Law of the Odessa National Maritime University).

3. Third place - Trotskaya Anastasia Vladimirovna (3 year of the Faculty of Juridical Journalism of the Odessa National  Law Academy).
